Ingredient of Duck Breast with Mustard Sauce

1. 1 piece of duck breast
2. 1 cup of brown sauce
3. 1 Tsp. of Dijon mustard
4. chopped parsley
5. 2 Tbsp. of chopped shallot

How to Cook Duck Breast with Mustard Sauce

1. Season duck breast with salt and pepper then slice duck breast to be stripe but do not cut it off
2. Sauce , boiled brown sauce and chopped shallot wait until they melted then add parsley and mustard.
3. Fried the duck breast (skin side first) with the medium heat for about 4 minutes then fried another side by side. Leave duck breast for 1 minute and serve them with the mustard sauce.
