2. 50 g. of glass noodle (soak in water)
3. 1 Ball Bitter Gourd
4. 4 Fresh Mushrooms
5. 1/2 Cup of Carrot (slice)

8. 1 T Tsp sp. Oyster Sauce
9. 1 Tsp. Soy Sauce

1. Cut mushrooms stalk out. Then cut half mushrooms and set aside.
2. Cut noodle glass in 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
3. Cut the bitter gourd in 1 1/2 inches pieces. Then core stuff out.
4. Apply salt inside and outside of bitter gourd. Leave for 15 minutes. Then wash in water and set aside. 
5. Mix minced pork, coriander root, garlic, fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and glass noodle together.
