1. 200 g. Squid (slice)
2. 2 Salted Egg Yolk
3. 1 Tsp. Sugar
4. 1/2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
5. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
6. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
7. 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic 
8. 2 Tbsp. Thai Chilli Pate
9. 1 Red Chili (cut lengthwise)
10. 1/2 Ball Onion (cut lengthwise)
11. 2 Stalks of Spring Onion (cut into 2 inches pieces)
12. 2 Tbsp. Chicken Stock
1. Beat salted egg yolk with water thoroughly.
2. Fry garlic with vegetable oil. Followed by a squid. Stir until  squid almost cooked.
3. Add Thai chili paste. Follow by salted egg yolk. Stir until mixed well.
4. Add goat pepper, onion. Season with fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce. Then turn off the stove.  Add spring onion and fry again. Ready to serve.
