For 5-6 person

1. Rice (jasmine rice 100%) 500 grams
2. Chicken powder 1 Tbsp.
3. Ground pepper 2 Tsp.
4. Sugar 1 Tbsp.
5. 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil.
6. 20 chopped coriander roots
7. Chinese minced garlic 1 Tbsp.
8. Soya sauce 1 Tbsp.
9. 2 -2.5 cups of water
10. Canned corn 3/4 cup
11. Canned peas 3/4 cup
12. 1/2 head Beetroot, cut into dice
1. Use medium heat, pour oil into the pan, fry garlic, coriander root until golden brown.
2. Stir rice, chicken powder, pepper, sugar, soy sauce with oil. And stir well combined.
3. Put rice into the rice cooker. Follow with corn, peas, beetroot and water.
4. Cook rice until done.
