Rice Cracker with Wrapped Pork (Kgaw - Tang Miang Lao) - Another delicious Thai light meal that more quite hard to find in nowadays. Some of you never try before. Eat crispy fried rice together with minced pork which wrapped in lettuce. It has sour, salty, and sweet taste.

Rice Cracker with Wrapped Pork (Kgaw - Tang Miang Lao) - Another delicious Thai light meal that more quite hard to find in nowadays. Some of you never try before. Eat crispy fried rice together with minced pork which wrapped in lettuce. It has sour, salty, and sweet taste.
1.  1 cup of Pork without fat (minced)
2.  3 Tbsp. Dried shrimp powder (washed and dry, then crush it)
3. Fried onions 1/4 cup
4. Fried Garlic 1/4 cup
5. Grounded Peanut (roasted-crushed) 1/4 cup
6. Tamarind (remove seeds& finely chopped) 1/4 - 1/2 cup
7. Palm Sugar (with a little water, then heat to melt) 1/2 cup
8. Salt 2 Tsp.
9.  1 head of a pickle 
10. 10 Chili garden
11. Ginger (chop 1 inch long) 1/2 cup

1. clean 2 times, squeeze out the water until dry. Cut into 2 x 2 inches square and dry it. Bring it to fry in a pan with oil inside. Set aside on the plate when it cooked.
2. Palm Sugar- Heat to dissolve. Put in a bowl a half. Add chopped tamarind. Crush and stir to combine, add minced pork, salt, sliced ginger, dried shrimp and stir to combine. Add peanut and stir again. Taste it to sour, salty and sweet. Add the remaining sugar and stir well to combine. Put fried garlic, fried onion and stir moderately.
