Kao-Tang
1. Kao Tang 500 grams
2. Oil

Na-Tang
3. 1-2 Large Dried Chillis (washed - remove seed - soak in water until soft - cut into small pieces)
4. Celery root (chopped) 1 Tsp.
5. Garlic (sliced) 1 Tbsp.
6. Chili powder 1/4 Tsp.
7. Coconut milk 1 3/4 cup
8. 1 cup Minced Pork
9. Sugar 2 1/2 Tbsp.
10. Fish sauce 2 Tbsp.
11. Roasted peanuts 1/4 cup
12. Shallots (chopped)  2 Tbsp.
13. 1 stalk Coriander (use leaves)
1. Pound dried chilli until finely in a mortar. Put coriander root, garlic, pepper and pound to combine well together. Put in a bowl and set aside.
2. Put coconut milk 2-3 ladles in the pot. Simmer over medium heat. Add finished pounded ingredients and stir until dissolve. Add the remaining of coconut milk, wait until boiling. Then add minced pork, and stir, not make it stick together.  Add sugar, fish sauce.  (put  grounded pepper just a little if you like spicy taste) wait to boil again. Add roasted peanuts, shallot and turn off heat.  If you don’t need too much water, simmer until dry out.
3. Pour oil in the pan over heat medium heat. Add Kao Tang and fry until crispy on both sides. Bring up and drain dry. Serve on the dish together with a cup of Na-Tang. Sprinkle with coriander. Finish.

Kao-Tang
