5. Kaffir lime leaves (chopped) 6-7 leaves

10. Vinegar 1/4 cup
11. Sugar 1/2 cup

15. Garlic (minced) 2 Tbsp.

1. Put shrimp, fish, coriander root, garlic, pepper, white egg, tapioca flour, fish sauce and knead well together. Put lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves down and knead until sticky (knead for 5-10 minutes) Divide the mixture into 4-5 parts evenly and wrap lemongrass. Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes until boiling and set aside to cool.
