1. Kao Mao (roasted crispy) 500 grams
2. Dried Shrimp (fried) 1/2 cup
3. Yellow Tofu (Cut into small pieces –sun-fried crispy) 1/2 cup
4. Coriander (wash – pick leaves - deep-fried) 1/2 -1 cup
5. Pepper Seed 2 Tsp.
6. sugar 1 cup
7. Water 1/2 cup
8. 2-3 tbsp. of fish sauce
9. Garlic, 1 Tbsp.
10. Coriander root, 1 Tbsp.
1. Add water, sugar, fish sauce into the pot. Heat and simmer until sticky. Set aside to cool.
2. Pound celery root, garlic, pepper and fry until golden crisp. Drain dry and set aside.
3. Roasted Kao Mao in a pan until crispy. Gradually sprinkle the sugar and fry over low heat. Add tofu, dried shrimp, celery root and mix well to combine. Put in a tray. Garnish with coriander leaves. Put in the container which can close with the lid will make you stored for a long time.
