Fried sweet potato
1. 1 Ball Taro

Fried Dough
2. Undiluted coconut milk 3/4 cup
3. Short grated coconut 1/2 cup
4. 2 tbsp. grounded salt
5. Rice Flour 1 1/4 cup
6. Limestone1 Tbsp.
7. Sugar 1/3 cup
8. 2 Tbsp. white sesame
9. Vegetable Oil
1. Gradually pour undiluted coconut milk into a rice flour bowl, and knead until the coconut milk fade away. Add salt, sugar, limestone, coconut, white sesame and mix to combine. Add water down if it too stick. 
2. Taro - washed, peeled, cut into 3-4 inched long sticks, 1 cm. thick. Coat with the flour in a mixing bowl.
3. Heat palm oil over low - medium heat and put taro to fry. (do not put into the pan tightly) Spread to around the pan and fry until golden crispy on both sides. Bring up to drain dry.
