Fried Sweet Potato (Mun Ted Tod) - You often see Fried Sweet Potato with fried banana. You can make by using the same coating dough. Then fried until golden crisp. Cut raw sweet potato into stick and then dip into the flour ( which already mixed with coconut milk and sesame) It has sweet taste with just a little salty.

1. 1 big head Sweet Potato(300 grams)

Fried Dough
2. Undiluted coconut milk 3/4 cup
3. Short grated coconut 1/2 cup
4. 2 tbsp. grounded salt
5. Rice Flour 1 1/4 cup
6. Limestone1 Tbsp.
7. Sugar 1/3 cup
8. 2 Tbsp. white sesame
9. Vegetable Oil
1. A rice flour. Pour undiluted coconut milk into bowl of rice flour. Knead until coconut milk dry out.  Add salt, sugar, lime juice, coconut, white sesame and mix to combine. Pour water if it too thick, Add coconut if it too clear. 
2. Sweet potatoes - washed, peeled, cut into sticks 3-4 inches long and 1 cm thick.  Put in a mixing bowl of coat flour. 
3. Pour palm oil in the pan. Use low-medium heat until hot enough to fry potatoes. Do not put in the pan tightly. Use a skewer spread potatoes to all around and not sticks together. Fry until golden crispy on both sides. Drain oil.
