Thai Green Curry (Gang Kiaew Wan) - Thai green curry is most popular in both our country and foreign as well. This curry has sweet taste and smells nice from various spices. It’s delicious and easy to find ingredients. This menu is a great idea for those who love to cook easily at home. Or while traveling abroad, it’s quite hard to find some ingredients such as eggplant or fresh kaffir lime leaves. By the way you can use freeze sweet and soft green pea ball and bamboo shoot instead.

For  2 Person

1.10 Shrimps
2. 2 Tbsp green curry
3. 1 Box Fresh coconut milk
4. Frozen peas 1/2 cup
5. 1/2 cup Asparagus, cut into dice
6. Fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup
7. 2 Goat Peppers, cut oblique
8. Palm Sugar 1 Tbsp.
9. Fish sauce 1/2 cup
10. Water 1/2 cup

1. Prepare shrimp - washed, peeled, cut back and pull out black line. 
2. Heat the pot over medium heat. Add 1 cup undiluted coconut milk and simmer on medium heat.
3. Put green curry paste down and fry in coconut milk. When curry paste is fragrant, you will see green oil floats up on the curry.
4. Add shrimp, and then add the remaining of coconut milk.
5. Season with fish sauce, palm sugar, pour water down and taste it. (Must has sweet taste more than other taste)
6. Put pea, bamboo shoot, sweet basil and goat pepper.
7. Then off the heat. Serve with steamed rice. Garnish with basil leaves and goat pepper.
