1. 100 g. of Fried Dough
2. 2 Tubes of Egg Tofu
3. 50 g. of minced pork
4. 1 Tsp. Sugar
5. 1 Tsp. Oyster Sauce.
6. 1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
7. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
8. 1 Liter Palm Oil
9. Tapioca Flour (1 Tbsp. Flour + 1 Tbsp. Water) 
10. 1/2Cup of Mushrooms (soak in water, sliced lengthwise)
11. 1/2 Cup of Dice Carrots
12. 1 Tbsp. Chop Spring Onion
13. 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
14. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
15. 1 Cup of Chicken Stock

1.  Cut tofu into 1-inch. Then mix with flour all over.
2.  Heat the oil. Fry tofu until crispy and set aside.
3.  Fry garlic with vegetable oil. Follow by minced pork, carrot, mushroom. Stir to combine.
4.  Season with oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce. Add chicken stock and grind pepper.
5. When chicken stock boils, slowly add the Tapioca Flour (dissolve water).
6.  Dressing sauce on the tofu. Sprinkle with spring onion. Ready to serve.
