Pandan Juice and Pandan Jelly - A traditional Thai drink that some people never have an experience to try before. Cold and sweet of Pandan juice is a perfect drink in hot climate. Add a bit more delicious with crunchy jelly.

Pandan Juice and Pandan Jelly - A traditional Thai drink that some people never have an experience to try before. Cold and sweet of Pandan juice is a perfect drink in hot climate. Add a bit more delicious with crunchy jelly.
1. Pandanus leaves (small stalk) 1/2 kg or 1 handful
2. Water (boiled, let it cool) 6 cups
3. Sugar 1/4-1/2 cup 
4. Salt 1/2 Tsp.
5. Gelatin Powdered 1 Tbsp.
6. Water 2 cups
1. Pandan leaves, cut and clean. roll pandan leave
2. Jelly - Pour water in a pot, follow with gelatin powdered and stir for 5-10 minutes. Heat on medium heat. Continue simmering until your feel heavier on your hand. Put in a mold and leave it cool. Cut into small dice or cut into strips.
3. Boil water in a pot until boiling (you can check from the steam to see it's boiling or not) open the lid for let chlorine evaporates  about 15 minutes. Put curl pandan leave and let it boil just a little. Ladle unnecessary ingredients. Flavors with sugar and taste it. Then put salt  (to make it has more clearly taste) Taste as you like.
4. Mix gelatin with water and stir well together. And put in a pot and heat with low-medium heat. Always stirring. When it boiled, pour in a tray and wait until cool. Cut strips or diced.
