For: 2-4 Person

1. Asiatic (clean up - Road shredded) 1 1/2 cup.
2. Shrimp (washed - peeled- steamed or sliced) 1/4 cup.
3. Peanuts (roasted - pound just a little) 2 Tbsp.
4. Shallots (chopped- fried) 2 Tbsp.
5. Pork (boiled or steamed - sliced) 1/4 cup.
6. White sesame seeds (roasted) 1 Tbsp.
7. Red Goat pepper (shreded) (5 grams)

Dressing salad

8. Chili powder 2 Tsp.
8. Fish Sauce (30 grams) 2 Tbsp.
10. Palm Sugar (15 grams) 1 Tbsp.
11. Lime(shreded) 2 Tbsp.
1. Mix salad dressing together in  mixing bowl. Stir to dissolve palm sugar, add cayenne pepper, pork, shrimp, peanuts, fried garlic, white sesame, goat pepper and mix well together. Gentry mix with Asiatic. Sprinkle with sliced red goat pepper and the remaining of fried onion.
