For: 3-4 persons

1. 1 Cup Sneak Head Fish or Basa Fish (cut into pieces)
2. 1 Head Needle Mushroom
3. 4 cups Coconut milk (1 cup Undiluted Coconut Milk, 3 cups Diluted Coconut Milk) 
4. Galangal (thinly sliced) 1/2 cup
5. Lemongrass (cut into pieces - pound) 2 stalks
6. 4 leaves Kaffir lime leaves (shredded) 
7. 5 Bird Chilli (slightly pounded)
8. 1 stalks Coriander (leaves)
9. Lime 2 Tbsp.
10. Fish sauce 1 Tbsp.
11. Brown sugar 1 Tsp.
12. Tapioca Flour 3 Tbsp.
13. Corn flour 1 Tbsp.
14. Salt and pepper 1/2 Tsp.
1. Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into the pot over medium heat. Put galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves. Boil and filter use only water.
2. Mix tapioca, corn starch, salt and pepper together. Mix the flour with fish meat, fry until crispy and set aside.
3. Add the coconut milk and all remaining coconut milk into the pot. Put galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves to boil just a little. Add needles mushroom , fish meat and turn off the heat. Add fish sauce, sugar, lime and chilli. Done.
