1. 1 cup Chicken (cut into pieces)
2. Banana blossom (blanched in hot water, cut into strips) 1 head

4. 2 cups Galangal (thinly sliced)
5. 2 stalks Lemongrass (cut into pieces - pound)
6. 4 leaves Kaffir lime leaves (shredded)
7. 5Bird Chillies (lightly pounded)
8. 1 Coriander (leaves)
9. Lime 2 Tbsp.
10. Fish sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp.
11. Brown sugar 1 Tsp.

1. Add 1 cup diluted coconut milk over medium heat. Put chicken and boil until cooked just a little. Drain dry and set aside.
2. Pour over the remaining coconut milk, put lemon grass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and wait until boiling. Add chicken and wait until boil again. Put banana blossom, undiluted coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar. Turn off the heat, add lime and chilli. Finish.
