New Chien Ginkgo (Goong Jian Pae - Guay) - One of Chinese menu that you must try, with easy cooking method and not difficult for preparing. Healthy and delicious with Chinese herbs that have been a long long time ago. By using gingko to make food which can prevent asthma, parasites and alzheime desease.

Ingredients for: 2 person

1. 4-5 Big Shrimp
2. 15  Boiled  Gingko
3. 4 Hong Kong Kale
4. 1tbsp.  Chinese wine
5. Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp.
6. Soya sauce 1 Tbsp.
7. Sugar 1/2 Tsp.
8. Cayenne pepper 1/2 Tsp.
9. Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp.

Sauce for topped on shrimp
1. 3 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
2. Sugar 1 Tsp.
3. Cayenne pepper 1/2 Tsp.
1. Cut back, pull out black line and cleaned shrimp. Spread out to see the white shrimp meat. Drain out the water before frying.
2. Heat the pan with oil inside over medium heat. When the oil is hot, put shrimp to fry but not until done. 
3. Season finish fried shrimp with oyster sauce, Chinese wine, sugar, soya sauce and pepper. Set aside on the plate.
4. To make the dressing sauce, Separate the pan by fry ginkgo with oyster sauce, follow by sugar and pepper. You will get thicken delicious sauce. When it's hot, pour on the shrimp.
5. Blanched Hongkong kale until cooked in hot water. Drain out water and put kale beside the shrimp.

How to Cook New Chien Ginkgo (Goong Jian Pae-Guay)
