1. 1 cup Shrimp Balls
2. 2 Taiwan Cabbage, cut into pieces
3. Garlic, smashed 2 Tbsp.
4. 1 Cup Broth
5. Soya sauce 1 Tsp.
6. 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
7. 4 Medium mushrooms, soak in water
8. 3 Tbsp. Hong Kong Starch or cornstarch (dissolved in water)
9. 2 Tsp. Sugar
10. Cayenne pepper 2 Tsp.
11. 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1. Blanch vegetables in boiling water. Ladle up and set aside to drain dry.
2. Heat the pan, add oil, and put garlic to fry.
3. Add broth and flavor with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, stir well to dissolve.
