Fermented Fish
1. 200 grams Sea Bass
2. 1 White Egg
3. 4 Tbsp. Tapioca Flour (dissolved with water)
4. Sesame oil 1 Tbsp.
5. Vegetable Oil for frying
6. Salt 2 Tsp.
7. Sugar 1 Tsp.
8. Tapioca flour for ferment of fish, 1/4 cup

For Making Noodle and Dressing Sauce
1. 1 Tbsp. Black Bean
2. Black Sesame Noodles 2 cubes
3. Minced garlic, 2 Tbsp.
4. Oyster sauce, 3 Tbsp.
5. Red, yellow, green bell pepper (cut into pieces), 2 cups
6. 2 cups Broth

1. Cut fish into large pieces and sprinkle fish with salt, sugar and sesame oil.
2. Add white egg whites, sprinkle flour and mix ingredients. Then marinate and set aside for 5 minutes.
3. Fry in the oil until golden brown. Bring up and set aside.
4. Heat the pan with oil inside. Add garlic, salted beans and fry together.
5. Add three-color bell pepper and stir well quickly. Add broth down,
