1. 200 g. Squid (cut glasses)
2. 8 Shrimps (peeled - cut back - left out black line)
3. 2 Stalks of Spring Onion
4. 2 Celery
5. 1 Red Chilli
6. 1/2 Onion
7. 1 Tsp. Chilli (finely chopped) 
8. 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic 
9. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
10. 2 Tbsp. Chilli Paste
11. 1/2  Cup of Milk 
12. 1/2 Tbsp. Curry Powder
13. Egg
14. 1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
15. 1 Tsp. Fish Sauce
16. 2 Tsp. Oyster Sauce
17. 1 Tbsp. Sugar

1. Cut spring onion and celery into 2 inches pieces. Then cut aslant red chili, cut lengthwise onion and set aside.
2. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add Thai chilli paste, sweet condensed milk and mix all well.
3. Fry curry powder with vegetable oil, garlic and chilli. 
4. Add shrimps, squids and fry until almost cooked. And then follow by spring onion, red chili. Fry them all well again.
5. Add milk and egg that you already mixed.
6. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce. Fry and mix well.
7. Add spring onion and celery, fry again with all ingredients. You’re done.
