Chicken in Chinese Rum (Gai Shae Lao) - Everyone familiar with this Chinese food. Delicious soft orderfe, touch the cold of delicious chicken. It can be a delicious appetizer or side dish for eating with rice.

For 2-3 Person

1. 2 Pieces of Chicken breast and thigh.
2. 2 Tsp. Chinese wine
3. 1 Tsp. Soya sauce
4. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
5. 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
6. 1 Tsp. Sichuan chili paste

Miso Sauce
1. Coriander root  2 Tsp.
2. Miso 2 Tbsp.
3. Ginger, peeled 1 Tbsp.
4. 1 Head Garlic
5. 3 Goat Pepper

Se-Chuan Chilli Paste
1. Grounded Shrimp
2. Shallots
3. Chopped Garlic
4. Salt
5. Dried Chilli
6. Goat Pepper
1. Steam chicken in the steamer with low heat for 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked. Cut chicken and check that it's not red inside. Then ladle out.
2. Leave the chicken cool. Chop into piece before soak in cold water. Set aside in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
3. Pour the water from steamed chicken in a bowl to prepare first.
4. Set the pan, use high heat. Pour the broth into the pan and wait until boiling.
5. Season with soy sauce, sugar, pepper, sugar and Chinese wine. The taste must a bit salty. Pour into the cup.
6. Bring out the chicken from the refrigerator and put on a plate. Pour with the seasoned broth on chicken.
7. Decorate with coriander and serve with 2 sauces - Roasted Chili Paste and SoyBean Paste.

How to Make Miso Sauce

1. Pound all the ingredients together.
2. Bring to fry until cooked. You can add water just a little.

How to Make Se-Chuan Roasted Chilli Paste

Fry the oil until cooked. Pound thoroughly and season with salt, sugar. Taste it.
