1. 250 grams Silver Pomfret
2. 3 seeds Chinese pickled plum
3. 1 Tbsp. Plum sauce
4. 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
5. 1 Chopped Coriander
6. Broth 2 1/2 cup

1. Clean the fish thoroughly, then remove the core, cut into large 3 pieces of fish heads, body and tail.
