For 1-2 person

1. 1 cup Jasmine rice
2. 3 tbsp Chicken Fermented soy sauce (cut into short pieces) 
3. Chinese sausage, sliced 1 Tbsp.
4. 2 bars Crab sticks  (cut)
5. 2 Shrimps.
6. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
7. 1 Egg
8. 1 Tsp. Garlic oil
9. 1 Tsp. Chicken powder
10. Brown sugar 1/4 Tsp.
11. Soy sauce 1 Tsp.
12. Pepper 1/4 Tsp.
13. Spring onion 3 Tbsp.
1. Stir eggs with vegetable oil until cooked and set aside.
2. Stir chicken and shrimp with the vegetable oil until cooked. Set aside.
3. Fry rice and garlic oil in hot pan.
4. Add egg, chicken, shrimp to stir and season with chicken powder  pepper, sugar, pepper and soy sauce.
5. Add Chinese sausage and crab stick.
6. Add spring onion.

How to Cook Fried Rice (Extra-Ingredient) (Kao Pad Soung Krueng)
