Ingredient 1
1. 170 grams of Bread flour
2. 170 grams Water
3. 7 grams Yeast

1. 200 grams of Bread flour

6. 1 Egg yolk
7. 40 grams Butter

5. Start kneading from low- medium speed.
6. Knead for 30 minutes until it is stretched out like window.
7. Forming and mold.
8. Paint butter in a mold. Then put the dough that you mold before down.
9. Close the lid. Wait until rise up 30 minutes.
10. Heat in the oven at 180-190 degrees.
11. After 30 minutes passed, put in the oven 50-60 minutes.
12. When cooked, remove from the mold print. Set aside on a sieve.
13. Cut and serve as you want.
