2. Flour 3/4 cup
3. 2 Egg Yolk
4. Pure Coconut Cream 3 Tbsp.
5. Baking powder 1 Tsp.
6. Brown sugar 3 Tbsp.
7. Salt 1/2 Tsp.

1. Add tapioca flour+ baking powder in a mixing bowl and knead together. Put salt and mix to combine. Add egg yolks, coconut milk and mix together and mold into a ball. Set aside.
2. Add oil into the frying pan over medium-high heat. Put the dough to fry. Keep stirring to prevent burning. When golden crispy, drain and set aside to cool.
