For 5-6 person

1. Chicken fillet 1/2 kg.
2. Chilli (finely chopped) 1 Tsp.
3. Sugar 1 Tbsp.
4. Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
5. Salt 1 Tsp.
6. Ginger (diced small) 2 Tbsp.
7.1-2 Lemon (diced small)
8. Peanuts (roasted) 2 Tbsp.
9. Paprika 1 Tbsp.
10. Kale leave, Cabbage leaves (cut in square piece of 2x2 ").

1. Clean chicken fillet. Then chop and pull tendon out. Put salt 1/2 tsp. Mold into small ball. Pour oil 1/2 of pan. Fry chicken until golden crisp. Drain, set aside to cool and chop roughly.
2. Add chopped fried chicken with chopped chilli. Season with sugar, lime juice (salt) Use low heat to roast the chicken until dry. Taste sweet, salty and a little bit spicy.
3. Eating – place kale leave or cabbage leaves for wrapping. Place side dish all around the plate. (ginger, lemon, roasted peanuts, chilli)
