1. Noodle 200 grams
2. 2 Tbsp. Black Bean Sauce
3. Pork 100 grams
4. Garlic 1 Tbsp.
5. Diced onion 2 Tbsp.

8. Oil
9. Shoyu or Soy sauce 1 Tbsp.
10. Sugar 1 Tbsp.

1. Heat the pan. Then Add oil, fry garlic and onion until fragrant. Then add pork and fry until cook. Add carrots, spring onion and black bean sauce, then soup. Season with sugar and Shoyu.
2. Dissolve cornstarch with water. Then gradually add to thicken.
3. Dress the sauce on noodle. Sprinkle with sliced cucumber.
