For 1-2 Person

1. 200 grams Sliced pork, beef 
2. 2 Tbsp. Japanese Spring Onion
3. Sake 2 Tbsp.
4. Butter (melted) 2 Tbsp.
5. Chopped parsley 1 Tbsp.
6. Vegetable Salad
7. Daikon radish

1. Stab chicken with toothpick to make it cooked thoroughly. Then season with salt and pepper (do not put salt too much because Shoyu is already salty), then cover and put into microwave at high heat for about 3 minutes.
2. Prepare the sauce by mixing Shoyu, Sake, melted butter and stir until well combined.
3. Arrange everything on the plate. Slice chicken breast and topped with sauce. Arrange the dish with salad, and dress with salad dressing as you want. Then sprinkle with parsley and daikon. Decorate in your own style and serve hot.

Tips

Keep the water from chicken that you put into the microwave. Pour or mix it with the sauce. And the taste will more mellow.
