For 1-2 person

1. 1 cup Jasmine rice
2. 1 Tbsp. Garlic oil
3. Chinese mushroom
4. Straw mushroom
5. 1/3 cup of cooked diced taro
6. 1/2 Tsp. Curry powder 
7. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper 
8. 1 Tsp. Sugar 
9.  2 Tsp Soy sauce 2 Tsp.
10. 1 Tsp. Mushroom powder 
11. 1 Tsp. Coriander root, finely chopped 
12. 1 Tsp. Ginger, finely chopped 
13. 2 Tsp. Margarine

1. Heat garlic oil in a pan. Fry minced coriander root and ginger until fragrant.
2. Add sliced mushrooms, straw mushrooms.
3. Put rice, taro and all remaining ingredients.

5. Put the rice, close the lid and put into the oven.
6. Bake at  200 C. for about 5 minutes or put in a pot on a stove and heat for about 2 minutes.
