1. Heat garlic oil in the pan. With vinegar, fish sauce, palm sugar, mushroom powder, chili powder, pepper sauce,  sweet  black soy sauce and water.
2. Put the noodles when boiling. Stir over medium heat until noodles absorb the sauce and the pan dry.
3. Make sure that the noodle is soft. If it is not soft enough you can pour some more water and garlic oil down. 
4. Add cabbage and carrots, fry until cooked and turn off the gas.
5. Add spring onion.

Ingredient of 3 Flavors Stirred-Fried Noodles (Vegetarian food)

1. Noodles (not frozen) 150 grams
2. 1 Tsp. Mushroom Powder
3. 2 Tbsp. Palm Sugar
4. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
5. 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
6. 1 Tsp. Chili powder
7. 1 cup Water
8. Cabbage (cut)
9. Carrot (cut)
10. Chopped Spring Onion
11. 2 Tbsp. Garlic Oil
12. 2 Tbsp. Black sweet soy sauce
