For 4-6 person

1. 3 cups Cooked rice
2. Shrimp paste 2 Tbsp.
3. Water 3/4 - 1 cup
4. Dried Shrimp Paste 1/4 cup
5. Chopped garlic 1 1/2 Tbsp.
6. Oil
Sweet pork
7. Pork (Streaky) 150 grams
8. Sugar 1/4 cup
9. Fish sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp.

Side dishes
10. Shallots (SOI) 60 g.
11. Lemon 2 children.
12. Mango (the alley) 150 grams
13. 1 Egg
14. Coriander leave
15. Paprika (SOI) 1-2 Tbsp.
16. 4 Cucumber (cut into pieces)
1. Rice – Add shrimp paste, water into a bowl and dissolve together. Divide shrimp paste water and pour into the rice. Mix with rice throughly. Pour oil in a frying pan, set over low heat, fry garlic, add the rest shrimp paste water, dried shrimp and taste it. You can add more sugar or fish sauce.
2. Sweet pork - Add pork into the pot. Pour water over the pork. Set over medium heat and boil until done. Bring up to set aside. When it's dry, cut in dice. Then add palm sugar in the pan. Stir until melt in  red like caramel. Add water, fish sauce, pork and simmer with low heat until absorb to the pork and water dry out. Put in container and set aside.
3. Shredded egg-  Pour oil into the pan just a little. Beat egg just right, pour down in the pan and wait until cook. Roll and cut in strips.
4. Arrange the plate – Put the rice in shape. Place with all side dishes like shredded eggs, shallot, chili, shredded sweet pork, and cucumber.
