1. 300 grams Flat noodle
2. 250 grams Pork
3. 150 grams Kale
4. 1 Tsp. Chopped garlic

1. Cut pork 1/2 cm. thick. Cut pineapple and gentle squeeze to marinate with the pork. Add soy sauce, brown sugar. Thai chili, pineapple and mix together. Pour 2 Tbsp. water and mix with oyster sauce, tapioca flour and vegetable oil.
2. Fry noodle. Drop only 1 Tsp. oil in it. Then add black soy sauce and fry until soft. Put in plate.
