Kabocha Shiruko (Fak Thong Shiruko) - Kabocha Shiruko is a delicious Japanese dessert style that make pumpkin like Dango. It’s chewy and sweet.




Kabocha Shiruko (Fak Thong Shiruko) - Kabocha Shiruko is a delicious Japanese dessert style that make pumpkin like Dango. It’s chewy and sweet.
For 1-2 person
Duration : 30 minutes

1. 200 grams Pumpkin
2. 50 grams Tapioca flour
3. 1 cup Stirred bean 
4. 3 Tbsp. Sugar
5. Salt (just a little)
6. 50 ml. Water
1. Boil pumpkin until cooked. Then mash them thoroughly.
2. Knead mashed pumpkin with tapioca flour and wrap with food plastic wrap. Set aside.
3. Mold pumpkin into round ball. Then press into flat and bring to a boil until cook. Set aside.
4. Boil water, stirred red bean, sugar and salt into the pot until boiling. Then turn off the heat.
5. Put red bean soup in a cup. Then add 2-3 pieces pumpkin dough. Serve hot.

Ingredient of Kabocha Shiruko (Fak Thong Shiruko)
