For 1-2 persons

1. 15-20 Tamarinds
2. 1 Tsp. Grilled shrimp paste
3. 5-9 cloves Garlic 
4. 5-7 Tbsp. Dried shrimp (pounded- shredded)
5. 5-10 Hot chilies
6. 1-3 Tbsp. Fish sauce
7.  1 Tbsp. Palm sugar
1. Start with pounding tamarind first. Chili curry paste will has fine texture and easier to cook. The sour taste will not too strong.
2. Gently cook and taste. Sourness of tamarind depends on the season.
