1. Refrigerate the pork for 30 minutes until cool, then smash until finely. Put all seasoning down. Keep adding ice into the pork. Mold the pork until smooth and sticky.
2. When the pork smooth, add in plastic bag or wrap with banana leave tightly. Boil in water 70-80 degrees for 1-2 hours depend on pot size
3. When cook, put in cold water to make the pork chewy and more delicious.
