1. 2 Pieces Sandwich Bread
2. 100 g. of Minced Shrimp
3. 1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
4. 1/2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
5. 1/2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
6. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
7. Coriander Leaves
8. Red chili (cut in long lines)
9. 1/2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic (minced)
10. 1/2 Tbsp. Chopped Coriander Root
11. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper

1. Mix shrimp, garlic, coriander root and all the ingredients. Ferment, set aside. 
2. Cut out 4 edges of bread and cut into 4 pieces.
3. Apply shrimp on bread. Put coriander leaves, chilli on shrimp and press tightly.
4. Fry in medium heat oil until it crispy on both sides.
5. Drain dry. Ready to serve.

Tips

Do not apply shrimp too much thick on the bread,  because shrimp will uncooked all over when you frying it in the pan.
