7. 2 cups coconut milk
8. 1/2 Shallot
9. 1 Tbsp. Sambal Oelek
10. 1/2 Tsp. Coriander seed powder
11. 1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg powder
12. 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric powder 
13. 2-3 Bay leaves
14. 2 Star anise
