1. 300 g. of Glutinous Rice Flour
2. 1/2 Cup of Blended Pandan Juice
3. 1/2 Cup Steamed Taro
4. 1/2 Cup Steamed Mashed Pumpkin
5. 400 ml Coconut Milk
6. 120 g. of Sugar
7. 1 Tsp. Salt
8. 3 Pandan Leaves

1. Divide flour 3 parts for kneading glutinous rice balls in 3 colors.
2. Mix the flour with blended Pandan juice. Gently mix to combine. Knead well until smooth, then set aside.
3. Mix the dough with pumpkin + 1 Tbsp. water. Gently mix well until smooth. Then set aside.
4. Mix the dough with taro + 1 Tbsp. water. Gently mix well until smooth. Then set aside
5. When you get all 3 colors of dough. Sprinkle the flour all over the tray that you will mold the dough. Knead the dough into a ball, in 1 cm.
6. Roll the dough in the tray that you already sprinkle with the flour. The dough will not stick together. Then sift a small piece of flour with a sieve.
7. Boil water until boiling. Put glutinous rice balls to boil in the pot. When it cooked, the dough will rise to the top. Then put in cold water and set aside.
8. Served glutinous rice balls with coconut milk. Finished.
