For 1-2 person

1. 50 grams Sliced Pork Hip 
2. 1 Tbsp. Red curry paste
3. Curry powder 1/2 Tsp.
4. Garlic oil 3 Tbsp.
5. Chopped Shallot 1 Tbsp.
6. Water 3 Tbsp.
7. Sugar 1 Tbsp.
8. Shrimp paste 1/2 Tbsp.
9. Fish sauce 1/2 Tbsp.
10. Chopped dill
1. Heat garlic oil over medium heat. Add shallot, spicy curry paste, curry powder and shrimp paste. Fry until fragrant.
2. Add water, sugar, fish sauce,  pork and simmer until boiling.
3. When cooked and water dry out, turn off the heat. Add chopped dill.
4. Serve with steamed rice.

Ingredient of Hung Ley Curry  (Kao with Gang Hungley Pra Na Korn) 

1. 50 grams Sliced Pork Hip

4. Garlic oil 3 Tbsp.
5. Chopped Shallot 1 Tbsp.

How to Cook Hung Ley Curry  (Kao with Gang Hungley Pra Na Korn)
