1. 2 Eggs
2. 2 Duck eggs
3. 300 grams Coconut (add 1/4 cup water- Coconut juice concentrate.) 3/4 cup
4. 1/2 cup Palm Sugar (200 grams)
5. 5-8 Pandan Leaves

1. Put duck egg and egg into mixing bowl, palm sugar, pandan leave, eggs, sugar and mix well together. Add coconut milk (pour slowly) and mix to combine. Filter with white cloth and stirring.
2.Pour water 3/4 of steaming pot. Heat to boiling. Place custard bowl (2 1/2 cup) Steaming for 25 minutes or until done. Open the lid and remove from stove. Set aside until cool.
3. Served – Use as topped on sticky rice, green color pumpkin custard, jackfruit custard, taro custard or coconut custard.

Ingredient of Sweet Glutinous Rice with Pandan Custard
