For 4 person

1. 1 Chinese Fish (only head)
2. 1 cup of chopped taro (dice)
3. 1 cup of cabbage
4. T-Pow (cut into pieces)
5.4 Gungpuay
6.1Tbsp. Tangchai
7. 2 spring onions
8. 1 Tsp. of salt
9. 6 cups of chicken soup
10. 1 Tsp. of soy sauce
11. oil
1. Clean fish then preserved with tea leaf for 5 minutes.
2. Boil chicken soup and put Gangpuay.
3. Warm the pan and fry spring onion.
4. Fry taro until they done.
5.. Fry fish’s head.
6. Boil chicken soup and seasoning with soy sauce.
7. Put taro and fish into the soup. Wait until boiled then put the cabbage and tangchai.
8. Serve with hot pot while they boiled.
