For 2-4 Person

1. Pork sirloin (washed – cut diced 1 "x1") 250 grams
2. Pepper powder 1 Tsp.
3. Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp.
4. 1 Tbsp. Chinese wine
5. Sesame oil 1 Tbsp.
6. Corn flour 1 Tbsp.
7. Soya sauce 1 Tbsp.
8. White sesame (roasted) 1 Tbsp.
9. Sugar 1/2 Tbsp.
10. Pandanus leave (washed – cut the core - dry) 1 bundle
11. Oil (for frying)

12. Brown sugar 1 cup
13. 1/4 cup of Water
14. Roasted white sesame seeds (garnish)

1. Add pork in a mixing bowl, oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, ground pepper, Chinese wine, sugar, corn flour, white sesame. Mix and marinate for 20 minutes at least. Or leave in refrigerator. When you want to use, just bring to wrapped with Pandan leaves to fry.
