7. 3-4 cups Water or boiled chicken stock (for steaming rice)

8. 4 pieces of Chicken
9. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
10. Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp.
11. Wheat flour 1 cup
12. Baking powder 2 Tsp.
13. Salt 1/4 Tsp.
14. Sugar 1 Tsp.
15. Ground pepper 1/4 Tsp.
16. Water 1/2 cup

1. Bowl, mix the chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix marinate for 10 - 15 minutes.
2. Put chicken fat in the pan and fry until the oil come out. Pound garlic, ginger and fry. Put rice to fry. Then salt and stir. Then add 1-2 ladle soup. When cook put in rice cooker and pour chicken stock down. 
3. Add wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, pepper and mix together. Add water to melt all ingredients together. Add marinated chicken, mix with the flour and fry in oil over medium heat until golden crispy. Drain oil, cut chicken into pieces. Serve together with rice, soup, chicken sauce and cucumber.
