For 2 -3 person

1. 2 Crabs
2. 1/2-1 cup Minced pork
3. Pork fat (cut into thin strips) 1/4 cup
4. 1 Egg
5.Coriander root, garlic, pepper (pounded) 2 Tbsp.

7. Soy sauce 2 Tsp.

2. Add crab meat in a  mixing bowl, minced pork, pork fat and pounded coriander root, garlic, pepper and mix together. Add eggs, what flour. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar. Mix well and knead 5-10 minutes. Then put into crab shell until full. If you don't want to use right now just keep in the refridgerator for 10 minutes. (or can be steamed to cooked first. And fry it then).
3. Add oil in a frying pan over low-medium heat. Turn crab shell that you fill with filling inside upside down to fry until golden brown. Drain oil and serve on a plate.
