1. White Tofu (finely chopped) 1 1/2 cups
2. Prawns (washed - peeled - stroke oil - chopped) 1/2 cup.
3. Pork chops 1/2 cup.
4. 1 Egg
5. Wheat flour 1 Tbsp.
6.  Sugar 1/2 Tsp.
7. Salt 1 Tsp.
8. Pepper 1/2 Tsp.

9. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
10. Lard 1/4 cup
11. Water 1/4 cup

1. Tofu
 Shrimp, minced pork, pork fat and chop to combine in a mixing bowl. Add egg, flour, salt, pepper and mix well together. Steam 8-10 minutes, let it cool and cut into piece.
2. Powder coating – Mix flour and oil in a mixing bowl. Gradually pour water down. Coat tofu with the dough and fry until golden and crispy. Drain the oil. Serve on a plate with plum sauce or chili sauce.
