1. 5 pieces of sea bass
2. 2 Tbsp. of sliced ginger
3. 1 Tsp. of pepper
4. 1 coriander root
5. 7 shallots
6. 1 Tsp. of shrimp paste
7. 1 spring onion
8. 2 Tbsp. of fish sauce
9. 3 Tbsp. of ripe tamarind juice
10. 2 Tbsp. of palm sugar

1. Pound pepper , coriander root , shallots and shrimp paste.
2. Warm the pot with medium heat. Pour little oil and put all pounded ingredients in. Fry them until little burnt.
3. Add some water and wait until they boiled. Always take the bubbles out. Put spring onion in and use low heat. After that put gingers in and add some salt.
