Shredded Pork - Beef (Mu Foi - Nuer Foi) - Spicy Papaya Salad with Rice Set  - This menu is a side dish for eating together with rice cooked in coconut milk and spicy papaya salad or rice in ice water (Khao Shae). You can eat with sticky rice as well. And you can change from pork to beef.

1. Salted Pork 1/2 kg.
2. Vegetable oil 2 cups
3. 6 heads Shallots 
4. Palm sugar 1/2 cup
5. 1/4 cup Water
6. 1-2 Tsp. Salt
7. Fish sauce 1 Tbsp.

1. Make salted pork by cut pork lengthwise 1/2 cm in a bowl. Put salt (1-2 Tsp.), fish sauce (1 Tbsp.) on pork. Mix thoroughly until dried. Then sun for 1/2 days.
2. Clean salted pork in a steamed dish until cook for about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool and shred into same size piece and set aside.
