Durations: 30 minutes

1. 3 Tbsp. Tamarind juice (Ready-made)
2. 3 Tbsp. of Palm sugar
3. Fish sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp.
4. Sa-Woey fat shrimp 1 Tbsp.
5. Chili powder 1 1/2 Tsp.
6. 2 Tbsp. Chili sauce
7. 2 Eggs
8. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
9. 2 Tbsp. Shallots (cut into small)
10. 1 Tbsp. Pickled radish (Finely chopped) 
11. Tofu, diced 3 Tbsp.
12. Vermicelli (soak in water) 180 grams
13. 4 Giant freshwater prawns
14. Bean sprouts
15. A sliced up like Hocus Pocus Shaanxi.

1. Making Pad Thai sauce by mix the mixture 1-6 together until combined.
2. Set the pan until hot. Add 1 Tbsp. oil, put the egg and stir until cooked. Bring up and set aside.
3. Pour the remaining oil into the pan. Add shallot to fry until soft. Follow with tofu and pickled radish. Stir-fry until golden.
4. Put vermicelli into the pan. Add Pad Thai sauce until the mixture dry. Put egg, Kuichai leave and bean sprout. Turn off the gas.
5. Grill shrimp on the pan over high heat until cooked.
6. Serve Pad Thai with grilled shrimp.
