1. 250 grams Short Crust dough
2. 1 Apple

Apple sauce
1. 2 Apples
2. 25 grams Butter
3. 1 Tsp. Grounded Cinnamon

1. Melt butter in the pot. Then add cinnamon powder and fry until smell good. Add apple, fry and pour water just a little. Keep stirring and pour in a container. Wrap and put in refrigerator.
2. Buttered ring cutter.

4. Make it large than ring cutter about 2 inches.
5. Place the dough on ring cutter and press it all around inside. Then cut another part out.

8. Add apple sauce in the pie. Then place apple around in circle. 
9. Bake at 220 degrees about 10 minutes. Then drop to 200 degree and bake for 30 minutes and check the color at the bottom of pie.
