For  1-2 person
Duration: 30 minutes

1. Mushrooms
2. Vegetables (spring onion, garlic, kuichai)
3. Tofu
4. J-Fish Ball
5. Konyak
6. Sugar 2 Tsp.
7. 2 tsp. Mushroom powder
8. Salt 1/2 Tsp.
9. 1 Liter of Vegetable broth
10. 1/2 sheet Seaweed
11. 4 Tbsp. Japanese soy sauce
12. 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
13. 2 Tbsp. Syrup
14. Sesame oil 2 Tsp.
15. Wasabi 1/2 Tsp.
16. Roast sesame 1/2 Tsp.
1. Clean vegetables and boil root and head to make the soup.
2. Make vegetable soup by boil water with head and root of vegetable and seaweed for about 1-2 hours over medium heat.
3. Filter and keeps only water.  Season with sugar, mushroom powder and salt.
4. Make Shabu sauce by mixing Japanese soy sauce with wasabi, syrup, vinegar and white sesame  together. 
5. Serve hot soup in the pot with vegetables, mushrooms, fish ball, tofu and sauce.

How to Cook Shabu Shabu (Vegetarian)
